The team at Paliant Design, whilst small, is mighty! We have the ability to prioritise, delegate and produce high volumes of work when required. Organisation is key and, having worked with larger companies such as Wattyl and Fujitsu New Zealand for over 10 years, we know how to get things done! We have also worked with a number of start ups and existing local businesses, and cater to a wide variety of work. It is paramount for us to ensure we have the resources to deliver impactful projects within reasonable time frames and with due care.
When working with smaller studios, clients can sometimes experience difficulties finding a balance between work required vs studio capabilities and capacity. Whilst some studios run like well-oiled machines, others can struggle to produce the appropriate output of work due to a range of factors, like resourcing or availability.
