The 25th Adelaide Equestrian Festival wasn’t just record-breaking — it was a chance to celebrate South Australia with bold, impactful branding in the city’s busiest spaces. With over 32,500 attendees, millions of online views, and international attention, the festival needed outdoor advertising that could hold its own and contribute to the buzz.
The brief:
Paliant Design was engaged to deliver high-visibility creative across large-scale outdoor placements. From billboards that were local and interstate, bus shelters and digital screens in Adelaide’s central plaza, our goal was to capture the energy, prestige, and international scale of the Festival while staying unmistakably on-brand.
Deliverables:
Large-format billboards
Bus shelter posters
Central plaza digital screens
The outcome:
The campaign brought the Festival into the city streets, reaching locals and visitors beyond our parklands interstate. With a record $12.6 million economic impact (up 38% from last year), more than 32,500 attendees, and 53% of pre-purchased tickets from interstate or overseas, the results spoke for themselves. Over 365,000 national TV viewers and 2M+ social media views amplified the reach even further, positioning the Festival as the largest equestrian event in the Southern Hemisphere.
